Running more than one campaign a year?

The annual plan covers up to 10 campaigns in a year with every Level 3 feature included — team fundraising, your own domains, source analytics and no badge. It costs less than three campaigns bought on their own.

When do the six months start?

The day you publish, not the day you pay. Building takes weeks and you should not pay for them.

What happens after six months?

Your page stays online for good as a read-only record of what the campaign raised. It simply stops accepting donations, and you can reopen it any time.

Who processes the donations?

You do. Donations go straight to your own Stripe or Cardknox account — we never hold your donors' money and take no cut of it.

Can I change level?

You can move up at any time and pay only the difference. Levels cannot be lowered part-way through a term.

Do you offer refunds?

Any time before you publish, in full, no questions. Once the page is live the campaign has started, so we cannot refund it.

Can you build the page for me?

Yes — design and setup is a separate service, quoted per project, from $400. Get in touch and we will scope it with you.
